Throughout the application process, candidates will receive notifications by email and may consult the status.
All communication regarding the application will be sent to the institutional email addresses of the Faculty of Sciences, if applicants are students or alumni. If they are not students or alumni of the Faculty of Sciences but have or have had a University of Lisbon account (edu account), all communication will be sent to the institutional email address provided by the University of Lisbon. In all other cases, communication will be sent to the personal email address provided in the application.
In the case of students of CIÊNCIAS or alumni, applicants may, if they wish, forward messages received at their institutional email addresses to their personal email addresses. Tuition Fees
Annual tuition fees range from €697.00 to €3,900.00 (figures for 2025/2026), depending on the characteristics of each course.
For students from countries outside the European Union, there is a different admission system and tuition fees.
