How to contact the Ombudsman?

The Statutes of Ciências ULisboa establish, in Articles 83 to 85, the Ombudsman body. The Ombudsman is an independent body whose function is to contribute to compliance with the regulatory provisions in force at the Faculty of Sciences, to analyse and mediate conflicts, to propose solutions, and to ensure that all those who carry out activities at Ciências fulfil their duties and enjoy their rights.

The bodies, services, students, employees and scholarship holders of Ciências may submit requests to the Ombudsman relating to or connected with the practice or omission of acts by other bodies, services, students, employees and scholarship holders of Ciências.
