According to a Rationalist about human agency, intentional action requires that the agent be in a position to provide at least some support for the proposition that they ought to so act. Phenomena like habitual agency and action on a conventional obligation cast doubt on Rationalism. I propose an alternative non-Rationalism model of intentional agency.
