The International Carbohydrate Symposium is an important forum for researchers involved in all aspects of carbohydrates and a biennial event that was held in various locations around the world. This year, we will meet in a different way. Due to the health crisis caused by the pandemic, ICS 2022 will be online, which could not be otherwise during home office/homeschooling periods.
