Scientific Interests

Margarida Matos is an integrated member of the Center for Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Change. In her research she uses Experimental Evolution as a tool and Drosophila subobscura as model organism, with the aim of understanding the evolutionary patterns and processes during adaptation to new environments.
