    João Pedro Neto is a professor at the Department of Informatics of Faculdade de Ciências of Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2002 in ULisboa in the areas of Neural Networks and Theory of Computation. He lectures courses in Programming, Algorithms, Computation, and Software Engineering. Researcher at LASIGE, ULisboa. His research interests are in Programming, Bayesian Statistics, Machine Learning, and Combinatorial Game Theory.
