Wondering how to identify, prepare for, and navigate your career options? Even those beyond the academic track?
The Ciência Clara Career Strategy Programme, a part of The FCUL PhD Support Programme, is a structured program combining discussion peer groups, personal introspection, career exploration, and informational workshops. The goal is to help participants examine their interests, values and skills and evaluate different careers to determine the best fit. All graduate students are welcome to participate.
In this programme:
• Participants will actively engage in self-reflection through structured exercises to learn more about their individual strengths, values and interests;
• Participants will obtain information about a variety of career paths both through independent research and program events;
• Participants will foster a supportive environment for self and career exploration with the other members of their peer group;
• Participants will get the Programme booklet with exercises and Career Path Resources.
