Baryogenesis, the generation of matter in the Universe, needs the three Sakharov conditions: Baryon number violation, C-symmetry and CP-symmetry violation, and interactions out of thermal equilibrium. It is a well known fact that the Standard Model (SM) does not have the required amount of CP-violation needed for baryogengesis. Therefore, one has to look for extensions of the SM with new sources of CP-violation and how to search for its signals at the Large Hadron Collider and at future colliders.
