The World is facing a global crisis and the food sector is a major responsible. In this lecture I'll present the results of a circular Economy model , B2B2C, in local communities. In the case sustainable mushroom production in 70m2. Also we will discuss the trends of the sector and how decentralization, IoT and other technologies can impact agriculture in a positively way. The Shimejito project has 4 years and it is scaling up over a year In Portugal, at Fundão city. Running a mushroom substrate factory and small 70m2 mushroom urban farms.
