When you arrive at the reception desk, you must identify yourself as an "International Student" in order to receive the necessary information and support for other procedures that you will have to carry out.

Notices
About Registrations
- Registrations are not accepted after 30 December 2024 (except students admitted in the 2nd period of applications).
- School insurance is included in the registration fee.
About Tuition Fees
- Access to enrolment/registration is subject to payment of all late fees.
- Students must pay the tuition fee, according to the method chosen (single payment at registration or in instalments).
- At the end of registration, the ATM references are automatically generated to pay the remaining fees. Please note: each student has his or her own references and only these are associated with them, if you are paying for others you are paying another student's fees.
- The 1st tuition fee is paid upon enrolment, as follows:
- The tuition fee is paid on the same day by means of the ATM reference that is delivered to you, which is unique and exclusive - you must go to any ATM and make the payment through the option "Payment of Services", or if you prefer through the homebanking service of your bank.
- In exceptional cases, the tuition can be paid by cheque or cash in the treasury of Building C5, you should take a ticket for this purpose and wait your turn.
- Students who have applied for scholarships must provide proof of application at the Students Office or via email before the dates set for application.
- Students who did not settle the tuition fees within the time limits may pay the amount owed plus interest, within the legal terms, in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 of the General Tax Law. The interest referred to shall be payable from the due date of each instalment.
Student Card
The student card must be requested through the Fénix platform, after completion of the enrolment process. The student card may or may not have a banking component, according to the protocol with Caixa Geral de Depósitos.
The procedure implies the prior activation, by the student, of the corresponding Mobile Digital Key.
After completing your enrolment/registration, you will be directed to the Caixa Geral de Depósitos website.

If you have not applied for your student card through the online platform, you can do so in person at the Faculty campus between 16 and 20 September.
Caixa Geral de Depósitos will also provide 2 service points in the Atrium of the ULisboa Rectory (next to the CGD office), in order to receive students applying for Student Cards:
- Dates: 23 September to 31 October
- Opening hours: 10am - 6pm
