Enrolment and Registration of International Students 2021/2022

 

1st Cycle (Bachelor Degree)

 

Enrolment/registration from 20 September to 30 September.

 

Documents

  • Passport / Foreign ID card (present original document) and 1 photocopy (optional).
  • Authorisation / Residence permit (present original document) and 1 photocopy (optional).
  • Documents submitted at the time of application (originals and 1 photocopy).

 

Location

Students Office (Building C5, Level 3, Ticket A).

When you arrive at the reception desk, you must identify yourself as an "International Student" in order to receive the necessary information and support for other procedures that you will have to carry out.

2nd Cycle (Master Degree)

 

Enrolment/registration from 08 September to 10 September.

3rd Cycle (PhD Degree)

 

1st period applicants
Enrolment/registration from 13 September to 01 October.

2nd period applicants (only for applicants starting their PhD in the 2nd semester of 2021/22)
Enrolment/registration from 07 February to 25 February 2022.

Notices

About Registrations

  • Registrations are not accepted after 31 December 2021.
  • School insurance is included in the registration fee.

 

About Tuition Fees

  • Access to enrolment/registration is subject to payment of all late fees.
  • Students must pay the tuition fee, according to the method chosen (single payment at registration or in instalments).
  • At the end of registration, the ATM references are automatically generated to pay the remaining fees. Please note: each student has his or her own references and only these are associated with them, if you are paying for others you are paying another student's fees.
  • The 1st tuition fee is paid upon enrolment, as follows:
    • The tuition fee is paid on the same day by means of the ATM reference that is delivered to you, which is unique and exclusive - you must go to any ATM and make the payment through the option "Payment of Services", or if you prefer through the homebanking service of your bank.
    • In exceptional cases, the tuition can be paid by cheque or cash in the treasury of Building C5, you should take a ticket for this purpose and wait your turn.
  • Students who have applied for scholarships must provide proof of application at the Students Office or via email before the dates set for application. Students who have applied for SASUL scholarships should pay the instalments of the fees already due within ten days after the beginning of the effective payment of the scholarships. When the scholarship application is rejected, they must pay the fees already due within ten days of the date of notification of rejection.
  • Students who did not settle the tuition fees within the time limits may pay the amount owed plus interest, within the legal terms, in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 of the General Tax Law. The interest referred to shall be payable from the due date of each instalment.
