The last decade witnessed remarkable advances in computational and experimental methodologies that keep disclosing an ever growing importance of topology across several areas of condensed matter physics and molecular biology.
A better understanding of the interplay between a system’s topological state, its three-dimensional structure, and its overall characteristics paves the way to an improved control of relevant natural molecules or human-made materials, with remarkable impact on fundamental science as well as high-tech applications.
This meeting will discuss recent advances in the topics that are currently being investigated in the context of Eutopia.
