ECCA 2017 will be a unique meeting place where the people driving climate adaptation on the ground, from business, civil society and national and local governments, can share ideas and experience with the world’s leading researchers and policymakers. Our vision is to bring people together to discover positive climate adaptation solutions that can strengthen society, revitalise local economies and enhance the environment. The conference will help to set the direction for future research, innovation and practice, and the European Commission will be drawing on the outcomes to help inform the review of the Adaptation Strategy and the Roadmap for Climate Services.
