As part of the capacitation activities under the FCiências.ID/CIÊNCIAS ULISBOA TWINNING project, 3BAtwin, this workshop aims to inspire and inform the Ciências ULisboa community about opportunities in the realm of innovation.
Participants will gain insights into the opportunities offered by the European Innovation Council (EIC) under Horizon Europe, with an emphasis on the EIC Pathfinder scheme, which supports high-risk, high-reward research to advance breakthrough technologies from early concepts (technology readiness levels 1−4) towards proof-of-concept, with the potential to disrupt markets and create new opportunities. The workshop will feature testimonies from experienced researchers and include bilateral sessions tailored to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills required to successfully engage with upcoming EIC Pathfinder calls, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
This workshop is conducted under the guidance of the highly engaged National Agency for Innovation - Agência Nacional de Inovação (ANI) - and is open to the Ciências ULisboa community and the wider scientific community.

Como parte das atividades de capacitação no âmbito do projeto FCiências.ID/CIÊNCIAS ULISBOA TWINNING, 3BAtwin, este workshop tem como objetivo inspirar e informar a comunidade Ciências ULisboa sobre as oportunidades no campo da inovação.
Os participantes terão a oportunidade de obter informações sobre as oportunidades oferecidas pelo Conselho Europeu de Inovação (EIC) no âmbito do programa Horizon Europe, com um foco no programa EIC Pathfinder, que apoia a investigação de alto risco e alta recompensa, visando o avanço de tecnologias disruptivas, desde conceitos iniciais (níveis de readiness tecnológica 1−4) até à prova de conceito, com potencial para transformar mercados e criar novas oportunidades. O workshop contará com testemunhos de investigadores experientes e incluirá sessões bilaterais, concebidas para equipar os participantes com os conhecimentos e habilidades necessários para se envolverem com sucesso nas próximas convocatórias do EIC Pathfinder, promovendo uma cultura de inovação e excelência.
Este workshop é realizado sob a orientação da Agência Nacional de Inovação (ANI) e está aberto à comunidade Ciências ULisboa e à comunidade científica em geral.
