Order D/68/2022

Considering that Decree-Law no. 66-A/2022, of 30 September, determines the cessation of validity of published decree-laws, within the scope of the COVID-19 disease pandemic;

considering that Council of Ministers Resolution no. 96/2022, of 24 October, determines the cessation of validity of Council of Ministers resolutions published in the context of the COVID-19 disease pandemic;

considering that University of Lisbon's COVID-19 Testing Program ended on October 31st;

considering that the Management Board's resolutions, taken within the scope of the situation of public health emergency, translated into the disease COVID-19;

considering, therefore, the need to maintain in force my orders intended to ensure the disclosure of the aforementioned resolutions;

under the powers conferred on me under the terms of paragraph y) of article 55 of the Statutes of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, published in annex to Dispatch no. 11913/2021, of December 2, I determine the following :

1. The revocation of all my orders approved within the scope of the COVID-19 disease pandemic, with the exception of Orders No. D/22/2020, of May 5; D/19/2021, of April 26th and D/32/2021, of July 7th, determining expressly that they are not in force, whether due to expiry, prior tacit revocation or revocation by this order.
2. The revocation of Dispatch D/66/2022, of November 8.
