The Regulations of the Integrated Quality Assurance System of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon establish the foundations of the Integrated Quality Assurance System for Sciences (QCiências), defining its organisation and main instruments, in line with the Integrated Quality Assurance System of the University of Lisbon. QCiências should ensure the continuous improvement of SCIENCE processes, assessing the degree of fulfilment of its mission through criteria and performance indicators.
The Quality Manual, one of the fundamental parts of QCiências, is the instrument that establishes the main processes and indicators, as well as the architecture and organisation of quality management procedures.
