Biology is one of the most diverse and exciting areas of study in science today. At Ciências, students attend a two-year core curriculum, where they acquire a solid and cross-disciplinary education. In the 3rd year, they choose one of four branches. They have access to advanced studies in Biology, participate in research projects, combining learning in the laboratory and in the field. The diverse faculty's mission is to train critical biologists, ready to face the challenges that our planet and humanity face.
