The Human Resources Unit is responsible for pursuing its mission through the design, development, coordination, and implementation of specialised human resources management policies, taking all necessary steps to ensure good administrative practice in all procedures undertaken, in coordination with the Management, service units, departments, R&D structures, and other stakeholders.

What we do

Procedures necessary for the recruitment and selection of personnel, as well as the establishment, modification, suspension and termination of legal employment relationships for professors, researchers and non-teaching staff
Instruction and management of all administrative processes arising from the employment relationship.
Monitoring of management indicators, essential for the preparation of legal statistical reports on human resources
Promotion and organisation of performance appraisal processes
Management of the work training plan, contributing to the formulation of policies for the training and professional development of human resources
Procedures necessary for the management of research grants
