CIÊNCIAS takes its responsibilities seriously when it comes to improving the quality of science education in Portugal. It has always done so by training teachers of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology and Mathematics. Many of today’s science teachers were once students here, and they always come back whenever they need support. It is a role we continue to fulfil, striving to improve and adapt to new needs.
Thus, through several of its departments, CIÊNCIAS offers a range of training courses for teachers in the 3rd cycle and secondary education in different scientific areas.
