Training of engineers who identify environmental problems and challenges in their various aspects and can identify systems, processes and technologies that allow the implementation of appropriate solutions within a sustainability framework, integrating them with the needs of social and economic development.

The course is offered mainly in Shanghai (the 1st and 2nd trimesters of the 4th year will be taught at Lisbon and the remainder will be taught at Shanghai), for international students, mostly from the People's Republic of China.
