Code of Conduct of the University of Lisbon

The University of Lisbon is bound to respect and safeguard the rights, freedoms, and guarantees enshrined in the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic and in the law.
In fact, since 2015, ULisboa has recognized, without prejudice to other rights protected by law, each and every member of the academic community, including visiting members, both the set of rights contained in the Charter of Rights and Guarantees and the adoption of best practices in the field of teaching, research, and the provision of services to the community expressed in the Code of Conduct and Good Practices, respectively, Annexes II and III of Order No. 6441/2015, published in the Official Gazette, 2nd series, No. 111, of June 9.
Moral and Sexual Harassment in the Context of Study and Work
Any member of the CIÊNCIAS community, regardless of the nature of their relationship or hierarchical position, including situations in which the established relationship has since ceased or has not yet been established.
Service providers and suppliers may use the Reporting Channel to report situations or procedures that violate applicable rules, defined policies, or technical errors that may be harmful to the interests of third parties, including acts of corruption and related offenses.
