Travel & Visas

Travel

Lisbon is provided by an international airport with easy access by many airlines. We will provide bus transportation from the Lisbon airport to Évora. A first bus will depart from the airport on Sunday, August 31, 2014, at 5:00 p.m.  We will provide a second bus that will depart around 7pm for those participants who have more late flights and/or to take account of possible delays. We will have our people at the airport who will provide you the necessary assistance. Transportation back to the Lisbon airport will be organized on Saturday, September 6, at 8:30 a.m. Individual transportation cannot be guaranteed.

In order to make your trip as comfortable as possible, arrange your travel to get to the Lisbon airport in time, and with the return flight departure time not before 1:00 p.m. Otherwise, although we will do our best, we can't guarantee your transportation to and from the meeting venue.

For those who go directly to the hotel by themselves, we will be waiting after 3 p.m.

Meeting Point at Lisbon Airport
