World Space Week is celebrated every year from 4 to 10 October to highlight the contributions made to space science and technology.
In 2026, the theme is the revolution in rocket technology, with a particular focus on the evolution of launch systems.
Professor Rui Agostinho, researcher at Ciências ULisboa/IA, will present the Planetarium session entitled “Return to the Moon: The Artemis Project” on 8 and 10 October, at 16:00, at the Navy Planetarium.
