Integrated into Transregional Living Labs Day 2026, of UNITE– University Network for Innovation, Technology and Engineering, and of rede SUSTENTA of the University of Lisbon, the event affirms the School's commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
The program begins with a welcome from the Vice-Rector of ULisboa, followed by a presentation of CIÊNCIAS ULisboa as a Campus Living Lab, highlighting the campus as a space for experimentation, innovation, and the implementation of sustainable practices.
One of the key moments will be the presentation and launch of the CIÊNCIAS ULisboa Sustainability Report, which systematizes the School's contribution in the areas of education, research, innovation, connection with society, and management, aligning them with the SDGs.
The event also includes a roundtable discussion dedicated to the challenge of sustainability in higher education and at the forefront of innovation, bringing together representatives from academia, public administration, and the business sector, promoting a strategic dialogue between different perspectives and institutional responsibilities.
The session closes with a speech from the Faculty Dean, followed by a networking opportunity, encouraging the sharing of ideas and the strengthening of partnerships..
