Management of the curse Curricular Volunteering;
Collaboration in organising the Ciências Alumni Mentoring Programme.
Volunteering
Ciências ULisboa, as an institution that trains professionals and specialists who help to drive forward and improve society, values the opportunity for its students to complement their more technical training in various fields of knowledge with activities that promote their personal growth and contribute to the development of greater social and community awareness.
Volunteering thus becomes a means of bringing the university closer to society, fostering students’ personal development whilst enabling them to acquire and develop key skills for their professional integration and entry into the labour market.
To this end, the curriculum offered by the Faculty includes the course Curricular Volunteering (FCSE).
Employability Surveys
In order to gain an understanding of our graduates’ career paths, the Employability Office has been conducting several Surveys on the Employability of Graduates, in collaboration with ULisboa.
Ciências Alumni Mentoring Programme
The Ciências Alumni Mentoring Programme is a project that aims to draw on the wealth of knowledge and contacts within the Ciências Alumni network to provide current students with tools for career development, the acquisition of transferable skills, entry into the job market and the building of a wide network of professional contacts.
