The Joint Committee reports to the head of each service and has advisory powers to review evaluation proposals made known to the staff being evaluated, prior to their approval.

The Joint Committee has four members:

  • Two representatives of the Administration, appointed by the head of the service, one of whom is a member of the assessment coordination board;

  • Two representatives of the workers, elected by them.
