The Dean governs and represents the Faculty, and is elected by the School Board. The Dean has a four-year mandate, and may not be elected for more than two consecutive terms (eight years total).

The Dean is assisted by a maximum of five Vice-Deans, chosen from among the faculty and PhD researchers, whom he or she freely appoints and dismisses, and to whom he or she may delegate powers.
The Dean is supported in his or her work by the Administrator, who is freely appointed and dismissed by the Director, to whom he or she may delegate powers.
